The Tucker Cross Mystery

We are enthralled in the story behind the disappearance of one of the most beautiful discoveries. Teddy Tucker found the Emerald and Gold Tucker Cross just north of Bermuda in 1955. It is believed that its history dates back to 1594 from a Spanish shipwreck. But in 1975 when Queen Elizabeth II visited the Maritime Museum to view this treasure, it was discovered that a replica had replaced the authentic Tucker Cross. The whereabouts of this treasure remains a mystery today.

Here are our Spanish shipwreck pieces including shipwrecked coins, emeralds, and gold.

Spring Into Spring

Our favorite looks from the Spring 2012 RTW Collections of  Valentino, YSL, Carolina Herrera, and Christian Loubitan. This is how we would style the pieces.

All About The Details

These are some of our favorite pieces from Gucci, Balmain, and Yves Saint Laurent’s Fall 2012 RTW collections. We love their embellished separates, structured silhouettes, and tons of detail. This is how we would pair Thalia Jewelry.

A Pirates Treasure

Venice photo by Vanessa Wagstaff

Here is our idea of the treasures Venetian ships would have been carrying. Shown above are our 18k stacked diamond and snake bangles including a 17th century Venetian gold coin.
We wonder where this coin has traveled throughout its history?
